Step by Step Easy Hijab Styles

Instructions

  1. Method 1

    • 1
Place the scarf on the head and keep one side longer than the other.
    • 2
Fold the scarf behind the neck or nape, so that the two edges meet with each other. Pin both the edges behind the neck with a safety pin. Before pinning the scarf behind, check that the front part of it is comfortable and has smooth finish.

    • 3
Hold the scarf's longer end and start bringing it around, under the chin. Take this end around to the other side, above the head; Adjust the scarf around the shoulders, to make sure that it has wrapped around smoothly.
    • 4
Remove any creases at the forehead, using your fingers. Once done, use another safety pin to pin it around your neck, to keep it in place.

    Method 2

    • 5
Place the scarf on the head and keep one side longer than the other. Fold the scarf behind the neck or nape, so that the two edges meet with each other. Pin both the edges behind the neck with a safety pin. Before pinning the scarf behind, check that the front part of it is comfortable and has smooth finish. Take 8 or 9 inches of the longer end, and bring it upwards to the head's top, near the center.
    • 6
Secure the scarf's edge on top of the head. Make sure it has been pinned in the center. This will ensure that the ends of the scarf will not be visible.
    • 7
Pick the end of the scarf from where you pinned it, and start bringing it back towards your chin, across the other side. Continue bringing it up, until it reaches the center point of the head where you pinned it before.
    • 8
Pin the other edge of the scarf where you pinned it last time. While doing so, make sure the bottom edge of the scarf stays below and the top layer covers it.
    • 9
Take the scarf's fold on the left and pull it to the right. Now, take the scarf's right side and bring it over the bottom layer. Adjust it on the front and back, until you are happy with how it looks.
